OVERVIEW

Generation 6 Catbun unlocks at CC7 Level 147 upon clearing Stage 141-13 and uses completely separate Fruitwood from the previous generation. As a result, there's no need to hoard Cat Fruitwood from earlier gens. Players will need Bakery Level 17 to access this generation’s Wishlist feature.

CATBUN BREAKDOWN

This section will outline the new Cat Buns, their abilities, and our recommendations on which to focus.

SP Avocado Burger Cat

(Skill) SP Hasta Cat
Increases ATK by 2.5% if not in Main role, and if in Main role, increases ATK by 45%, and gains 7 stacks of [Cat Aura]; each stack of [Cat Aura] increases ATK by 8%, and loses stack of [Cat Aura] every 30seconds.
High Impact Paw Upgrades:
[Blue Paw 2]: [Cat Skill] Increase ATK bonus to 52%
[Blue Paw 4]: Additionally increases ATK by 7%, and by an additional 2.5% if not in Main role
[Purple Paw 2]: [Cat Skill] Increase ATK bonus to 66%
[Purple Paw 4]: For every 2 SP Cat Buns equipped. additionally increases ATK provided by [Cat Aura] by 4%
[Orange Paw 2]: When not in Main role, additionally increases ATK by 11%

SP Fried Egg Burger Cat

(Skill) SP Investigator Cat
Increases ATK by 2.5% if not in Main role, and if in Main role, increases ATK by 40%. Each new enemy target attaked has 40% chance to increase ATK by 2%, up to 20stacks. If ATK is not increased this time, the next chance increases by an additional 30%, lasting until the end of battle.

SP Cheese Shrimp Cat

(Skill) SP Yogurt Cat
Increases ATK by 2.5% if not in Main role, and if in Main role, increases ATK by 42%; Every 30seconds, each stack of [Gaze] applied by each ally to the current enemy lasts for 30seconds; for every stack of [Gaze] the player applies, increases ATK by 6%, and reduces DMG dealt to the player by targets applied with [Gaze] by 5%, lasting until the end of battle.

SP Saucy Beef Burger Cat

(Skill) SP Naya Cat
Increases ATK by 2.5% if not in Main role, and if in Main role, increases all DMG by 21%; Every 15seconds, gains a random-level [Cat Seal]; Lv. 1 [Cat Seal] increases Accuracy by 5%, Lv.2 additionally increases ATK by 12.5%, and Lv. 3 additionally increases Mastery by 8%.
High Impact Paw Upgrades:
[Blue Paw 2]: [Cat Skill] Increase all DMG bonus to 25%
[Blue Paw 4]: Additionally increases all DMG by 4%, and additional 2.5% increases ATK if not in Main role
[Purple Paw 2]: [Cat Skill] Increase all DMG bonus to 33%
[Purple Paw 4]: For every 2 SP Cat Buns equipped, at least increases the level of [Cat Seal] by 1, and additionally increases Accuracy by 1%
[Orange Paw 2]: When not in Main role, additionally increases ATK by 11%
[Orange Paw 4]: [Cat Skill] Increase all DMG bonus to 41%

In total, the player will receive the stats below when all conditions are met. [Main] : 41% All DMG, 12.5% ATK, 7% Accuracy, 8% Mastery
[Sub]: 16% ATK

Final Verdict

DPS will most likely have to use SP Saucy Beef Burger Cat as it is the only Cat Bun that provides both Accuracy and the only Damage Dealt Buffer among the other options. Damage Dealt is valuable as ATK% is being supplemented by Sub Cat Buns. Tanks can opt to use SP Saucy Beef Burger Cat or SP Cheese Shrimp Burger Cat for the reduce DMG Dealt debuff on enemies. Healers are recommended to use the SP Avocado Burger Cat or SP Fried Egg Burger Cat for a massive upfront ATK bonus, increasing heals.

When to Change ?

We recommend swapping out the sub cat buns when a proper flavor bond has been obtained, or when hitting (Orange Paw 2) as they will start providing 10% ATK at this stage. Main Cat Buns can be swapped at (Purple Paw 4), as this is when they unlock their full bonuses.
