Paper Plane Guide for Go Go Muffin

Last updated: 7/2/2025

PAPER PLANE

OVERVIEW

Operation: Paper Planes (PP for short) is a permanent recurring weekly event, which begins 1 week after the server's launch. In Operation: Paper Planes, the main goal is to accumulate “points” which can be subsequently used to obtain various rewards that can impact progression significantly.

Operation: Paper Planes reset weekly, bringing new rewards every cycle, which can range from amazing to mid at best. This guide will go in depth on the mechanics (Points, Tokens), the best strategies to employ to maximize gains, extensive information on future cycles, and our recommendations on which weeks are worth expending resources on.

As a reminder, Operation: Paper Planes resets weekly, so be sure to claim any reward before it does.

POINTS

Paper Plane Points (Points for short) are the main way of tracking progression in this event. Points are obtained by completing the Paper Planes' Daily Quests, or by expending resources.
These points accumulate, and based on the total amount gathered, rewards are unlocked, which we will refer to as milestones. There are 3 “rounds” of rewards, each round needing 3000 points to claim all milestones. Every milestone hit provides “tokens” (after claiming). Tokens can be redeemed in the “Token Redemption” tab for high value rewards.
To see how many points each resource provides when expended, refer to the table below.

Resources Points
Melomon Strings 15
Skill Summons 10
Artifact Energy 3
Mount Summons 2
Runes (Pet Moves) 1

TOKENS

Tokens are obtained by claiming milestone rewards (unlocked through the accumulation of points) or by purchasing packs through microtransactions. Tokens are used to redeem (up to) 5 tiers of rewards in the “Token Redemption” tab. Tokens are not kept when a new cycle (week) arrives.
Beginning at Tier 1, the next tier of rewards are unlocked by redeeming a reward from the current tier.

  • Redeem a Tier 1 Reward
  • Unlocks the option for Tier 2 Rewards
  • Redeem a Tier 2 Reward
  • Unlocks the option for Tier 3 Rewards

Important Note
Avoid claiming more than 1 reward per tier when planning to redeem a tier 5 reward. Due to the nature of Operation: Paper Planes, a player (with no plans of purchasing microtransactions) at a maximum can only obtain 905 tokens (900 from milestones + 5 from free pack in shop) per cycle (1 week). Subsequently, the amount of tokens needed to unlock and redeem a tier 5 reward is 905 tokens.
To see the amount of tokens needed to redeem rewards once at every tier, refer to the table below.

Tier Token Cost
1 50
2 80
3 150
4 250
5 375
Total 905

PACKS

In Operation: Paper Planes, the event offers packs that all players can take advantage of, from free to play to leviathan.

There are 3 packs that everyone should purchase. Liliko's Gift (Free), Stellarite Selection Pack 1 (1000 Stellarite), and Stellarite Selection Pack 2(1800 Stellarite).

It should be noted that the Stellarite packs provide higher value when compared to directly purchasing resources (such as Melomon Strings or Skill Summons) with Stellarite. We recommend claiming Melomon Strings from the Stellarite packs for the best value. Purchase these packs every cycle.

For those looking to take advantage of microtransactions, and want to redeem a second Tier 5 reward, we have two spending recommendations.

Paper Plane Packs
  • Spending 70$ (50$ + 20$). Lower value tokens, Higher value resources. (Recommended)
  • Spending 54$ (20$ + 20$ + 10$ + 4$). Highest value tokens, Varying value resources. (Best on a budget)

Both of these options allow the player to redeem a second Tier 5 reward. Buy based on budget and preference.

STRATEGY

To take full advantage of the rewards that Operation: Paper Plane offers, careful planning and strategy should be employed. In this section, we'll be outlining and discussing possible strategies players can employ, to maximize progression and squeeze value out of their limited resources.

Precursor

Operation: Paper Planes contains a multitude of rewards, resources, and most importantly artifacts. Some of the artifacts that can be obtained in this event can have a massive impact on long term progression, but there is a caveat. These artifacts are locked in the highest tier of rewards in token redemption, Tier 5.

The main method of reaching Tier 5 Reward eligibility are through the Operation Paper Plane Milestones. 9000 points are needed to hit all the milestones, which will grant 900 tokens. Below is a breakdown of all Paper Plane Points sources, and how much each will need to contribute to reach 9000 points. (over the course of 7 days).

Source Amount
Daily Quest 700
Resources
(Skills, Melomons, Pet Moves, Mounts, Energy)
8300

From the table, we can see that an overwhelming majority of the points are obtained from expending resources, rather than the daily quests. Because of this, one of the main tenets of this strategy is to save every resource, only to be used when a high value Operation: Paper Planes cycle comes around. To redeem a Tier 5 reward on every cycle requires a large investment, and is not sustainable in the long run.

Which Resources should be saved?

There are 5 resources that provide Paper Plane points when expended. (Below is a list sorted by when they first become available)

  • Skill Summons
  • Melomon Strings
  • Runes (Pet Moves)
  • Artifact Energy / Recharge Crystals
  • Mount Summons

We recommend that all resources listed here are saved for high value cycles of Operation: Paper Planes, below are explanations on when each should be expended.

Skill Summons, Runes, Mount Summons

These 3 are non-expiring, stackable resources which can be obtained in abundance. Expend first for Paper Plane Points. Avoid (expend when needed) using Runes until Cycle 5. This is because you can get Mythic Move Material for every 1500 runes expended when the system unlocks at CC2 Lvl 30. You need 10 of these material to upgrade the Legendary Move to Mythic.

Artifact Energy / Recharge Crystals

Raw Artifact Energy cannot be saved. When capped (200/200) the game disables the ability to claim energy bubbles or buying energy with stellarite. Recharge Crystals are a non-expiring stackable resource that restores Artifact Energy. Expend Raw Artifact Energy daily, save Recharge Crystals for Paper Plane Points.

Melomon Strings

Melomon Strings are similar to Skill Summons, Runes. Etc. With one large caveat. We recommend Strings to be used exclusively for wishlist events.
Maxing out the Wishlist events from day 1 is crucial for the long term progression of an account. At a future date, gen 2 Melomons will be unlocked and will give free gen 2 pet shards. The total amount of shards given by this event depends on the highest amount of shards you've obtained for a single type of pet. These wishlist events can span between two cycles of Operation: Paper Plane, so it's paramount to decide which week will be more valuable for the progression of your account.

Purchasing Resources

Spending Stellarite on additional purchases of resources daily is a great way to hoard resources for when the right Operation: Paper Planes cycle comes around. There are 3 in particular we are addressing, Runes (Pet Moves), Mount Summons, and Artifact Energy. Based on the stellarite to Paper Plane Point conversion, We recommend doing 3 purchases/refreshes of these each day at a minimum.

While Artifact Energy cannot be stored, it is still crucial to purchase these 3 times a day as artifacts are an important long term investment, and will pay dividends in the long run.

Paper Planes Calculator

Before each Operation: Paper Plane starts, we recommend taking stock of saved resources and to plan beforehand how much will be used. Our in-house Paper Plane Calculator automatically calculates and provides crucial information that will help players hit their desired tier reward goal.

Desperate Measures

If the player is lacking points after accounting what their current resources can provide, there are measures they can take to adjust their point gain.

  • Increasing Refreshes
At a baseline, we recommend purchasing resources with stellarite 3x daily (3/3/3 - Runes, Mount Pulls, Artifact Energy). We recommend slowly increasing and adjusting how many resource purchases will be done on the calculator to reach the desired point total. An equal spread approach at the start (4/4/4), then focusing on purchasing Artifact energy (up to 4/4/7). Do note that this will impact your stellarite usage significantly. Any more than (4/4/7) will have extreme diminishing returns on stellarite investment, and is not recommended.
  • Spending on Microtransactions
Packs in the Operation: Paper Planes shop offer various rewards and Tokens based on the amount spent. Purchasing tokens can help hit certain reward breakpoints, though on a case by case basis. Refer to the Paper Planes calculator for more details.
  • Saving Resources and Moving on
Past this point, the options presented can and will have significant effects on your long term progression. We recommend the player take the next significant milestone they can claim and move on, getting a headstart on accumulating resources for the next good cycle of Operation: Paper Planes.
  • Using Melomon Strings (Not Recommended)
This resource is extremely limited and should be used sparingly (if possible, none at all). Have 200 Melomon Strings saved at a minimum (for wishlists) before deciding to expend.

SCHEDULE / CYCLES

An important aspect to planning for Operation: Paper Plane is knowing which cycles (weeks) should be prioritized. Resources are limited, and not all cycles have relevant tier 5 rewards for long term progression. The schedule is organized by cycles and high priority weeks are marked by color.

Gold represents the highest value cycles, and we recommend all players to save and prioritize these cycles in particular. These cycles contain Artifacts that increase daily resource gain, permanently increase priority stats, and decrease costs.

Purple represents a mid-high value item, paired with high value cycles. We recommend these to spending players that want to get more value out of a gold cycle. Items marked purple are Artifacts, and increase priority stats.

Blue represents a mid value cycle. We recommend these to heavy spending players that have extra resources, and can reliably secure gold cycles. These cycles contain Pet related items, most notably pet shards.

Cycles not marked by a color are mid-low in value. These cycles have rewards that focus on short term increases in power, and are not recommended when considering long term progression. These include but are not limited to: Skill, Mount, and Cat Bun Cycles.
