GEN 7 CATBUN GUIDE

OVERVIEW

Generation 7 Catbun unlocks at CC9 Level 134 upon clearing Stage 181-14 and uses completely separate Fruitwood from the previous generation. Players will need Bakery Level 19 to access this generation’s Wishlist and Super Fusion feature. While need to be Bakery Level 20 to increase probablity of hatching Gen-7 SSR Cat Bun.

CATBUN BREAKDOWN

This section will outline the new Cat Buns, their abilities, and our recommendations on which to focus.

SP Perilla Rice Ball Cat

(Skill) SP Bravery in Fights
When not in the Main role as Cat Bun, ATK increases by 3.5%. When in the Main role as Cat Bun, ATK increases by 58%. Every 10 seconds, gains 2% ATK, up to 20 stacks. Gains 1 stack immediately when the current target is killed, and 20 stacks a boss enemy is killed by your team. At 20 stacks, gains an extra 1.5% Accuracy until the end of battle.
High Impact Paw Upgrades:
[Blue Paw 2]: [Cat Skill] Increase ATK bonus to 65%
[Blue Paw 4]: Additionally increases ATK by 7%, and by an additional 3.5% if not in Main role
[Purple Paw 2]: [Cat Skill] Increase ATK bonus to 79%
[Purple Paw 4]: For every 2 SP Cat Buns equipped. additionally increases ATK provided by [Cat Aura] by 4%
[Orange Paw 2]: When not in Main role, additionally increases ATK by 16%

In total, the player will receive the stats below when all conditions are met. [Main] : 100% ATK, Accuracy 1.5%, 50% ATK(25 stacks, 2.5% ATK per stack)

SP Seaweed Rice Ball Cat

(Skill) SP Sprawling Meowheal
When not in the Main role as Cat Bun, ATK increases by 3.5%. When in the Main role as Cat Bun, ATK increases by 58%. During battle, for every 4% HP recovered, increases ATK by 4%, up to 8 stacks. At 8 stacks, additionally gains 10% DEF until the end of battle

SP Bacon Rice Ball Cat

(Skill) SP Mutual Destruction
When not in the Main role as Cat Bun, ATK increases by 3.5%. When in the Main role as Cat Bun, ATK increases by 47%. Every 5 seconds, increases the damage dealt to the current target by 5%, and increases the damage taken by 5%, up to 8 stacks. When triggered 5 times, removess the extra-damage-taken effect and gains an additional 5% Mastery until battle ends.

SP Roe Rice Ball Cat

(Skill) SP Meow-ssian Roulette
When not in the Main role as Cat Bun, ATK increases by 3.5%. When in the Main role as Cat Bun, all damage increases by 40%. Every 10 seconds, spins the wheel to randomly fire one of three bullets (one bullet is a "Special Round") at self. Each bullet grants 4% ATK for 30s. The "Special Round" additionally grants +5% Accuracy and +5% Mastery for 30s. The wheel reloads after all three bullets are fired.
High Impact Paw Upgrades:
[Blue Paw 2]: Increases all [Cat Skill] DMG to 44%
[Blue Paw 4]: Further increases all DMG by 4%, and by an additional 3.5% if not in Main role as Cat Bun
[Purple Paw 2]: Increases all [Cat Skill] DMG to 52%
[Purple Paw 4]: The first bullet of each round is always a "Hit Round". For every 2 SP Cat Buns equipped, "Hit Rounds" Accuracy +1%. Each bullet gains an additional 1% Mastery effect boost
[Orange Paw 2]: When not in Main role, additionally increases ATK by 16%
[Orange Paw 4]: Increases all [Cat Skill] DMG to 56%
[Pink Paw 2]: ATK boost from bullets +1%
[Pink Paw 4]: Increases all [Cat Skill] DMG to 64%

Final Verdict

When to Change ?

We recommend swapping out the sub cat buns when a proper flavor bond has been obtained, or when hitting (Orange Paw 2) as they will start providing 23% ATK at this stage. Main Cat Buns can be swapped at (Pink Paw 2), as this is when they unlock their full
